    Helped me with insurance once. Was pleased then, however things started to change after a series of events when a new agent who was supposed to be the "Commercial Guy" couldn't figure out how to write a commercial policy. First he quoted a standard policy around 3500 yearly, was hard to get into contact with and we were on a timeline. He then changed it to about 7000 and finally said they couldn't sell me insurance as my previous agent couldn't get his stuff in order either. Tried to deal with the head guy to buy insurance. His arrogance and condescending attitude literally sent me down the street. I'm a simple commoner and really did not feel welcome in an elitist setting. We're in Newberg wearing boots not suits. Now all of our policies are elsewhere.
